To maintain our professional standards and quality service delivery to our clients at affordable prices; we operate to an established Quality Business Plan for a safe and efficient Clinic.

Bookings and Cancellation Policy

When making your booking you will be asked for some personal details including your Credit Card details.  Credit card details must be supplied when you make your booking.  We cannot accept a booking without credit card details being provided.

We understand that sometimes, you cannot make an appointment, if you provide us 24 hours notice we will not charge you for the missed appointment.

Cancellations of less than 24 hours will be charged a fee of 50% of the charge for the service or appointment time booked. No-shows will be charged a fee of 50% of the charge for the service or appointment time booked.

All charges and transactions made by City Laser Clinic are in accordance with Credit Card guidelines and Policy as well as relevant law.

New Clients

• Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment to fill out a consultation form
• If you are running late we will appreciate a call to let us know. We may need to rearrange your booking time to avoid inconveniencing other patients.
• 24 hours prior your appointment we send you SMS confirmation with the day & time of your appointment.
• Please reply “YES” or “NO” or call us on 1300CITYLASER to reschedule.
• Please call us 24 hours prior to your appt if you need to reschedule, otherwise our cancelation policy may apply.

Gift Vouchers :

• Please advise us at the time of your booking if you have a Gift Voucher. Please quote the G. V. number 
• Please have your Voucher with you on the day of your treatment. We may reject your booking if the voucher is not presented.
• Gift Certificate cannot be redeemed for cash and is not to be used in conjunction with any other special offer.
• Our Gift vouchers are transferrable. Please call us to let us know that a name of a new holder
• Our Gift Certificates are valid for 12 months and have a set expiry date. If you do not use the certificate prior to the expiry date please call us so we can extend it for a further 2 months - Gift Certificates cannot be extended if you contact us after the expiry date.
• Vouchers are unable to be replaced if lost
• If you cancel your appointment in less than 24 hours, City Laser Clinic will deduct 50% value of your Gift Certificate.

O H & S:

We operate in accordance with relevant Health and Safety law, Codes of Practice and other Government regulations and Industry guidelines; the following is a short summary of issues relevant to the safety of you, other clients and our staff.

• City Laser Clinic reserves the right to refuse you treatment if you are apparently intoxicated or under the influence of alcohol or other drug.
• Please do not leave children unattended at any time during your visit; we cannot accept responsibility for child care.  You may bring children with you provided you leave an adult with them to care for them.
• If you are not feeling well, please tell us before the start of your CACI or Laser Hair Removal treatment.
• All our equipment is checked and maintained in accordance with manufacturers’ guidelines and industry standards, points of contact with you are either sterilised before each treatment or disposed of after each treatment. 
• All our therapists have appropriate training and necessary qualifications.
